Why interfaith ministers?
Since most clergy are the carriers of a particular tradition and some couples do
not fit into those traditions, they seek someone else.
Judges, Justices of the Peace and boat captains have been called upon to do
weddings. Use of these people often does not satisfy those who would like to
express spiritual, religious, and/or communitarian values. Others simply want a
church-like feel. Very often a couple find that they wish to span traditions and
create a multi-ethnic wedding ceremony.
Who we are:
We are ordained interfaith ministers who have been conducting weddings for
over ten years. JoEllen holds a Master's degree in Holistic Spirituality and
Spiritual Direction from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia while Rob holds a
Master's degree in Adult Development from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.
Co-founders of the Circle of Miracles Ministerial School in Bucks County PA, we
teach several courses in human interaction and personal spiritual development.
We both are Reiki Masters, JoEllen is a Master Teacher while Rob is a Master
Practitioner.
